However, running the game in Jam Style is quite hard on the Insane Level, since you might miss some keys in the line of fire.
So I build the LegendMaker V1 Keyboard, including only the required keys and a shoulder strap.
Well, I’m not Legend level now, but at least I master the first songs on Insane level.

This is very cool, indeed! All it needs is a paint job, a logo, and there’s something else you may want to think about.
The Shift key is used at higher levels so you can alternate between the Enter key and the Shift key so you can strum fast parts without using 1 finger. You may want to think about adding that at some stage.
once you get to legend level you can’t use enter to strum on some of the faster songs — you need to use the arrow keys (or stick a gh/rb guitar in…)
dude, how’d you make those 3 note chords work?
@MatMat: Actually they don’t work with the keyboard I’m using. I can press 1,2,3&4 buttons at the same time, but not 5 plus two more buttons, like 3&4.
Before using the keyboard, I was only playing Skilled mode, where this problem does not occur. Now I’m able to play Insane, but I fail due to this hardware restriction. -_-’
One solution is to disable 3 not chords in the JamLegend options screen, but this seems not to work for every song (e.g. Safety – Time’s up).
I have to find a keyboard supporting each possible 3 note chord combination and build a LegendMaker V2 keyboard. I keep you updated.
This is uber cool, i hope mass production will be coming out soon =)
